<br />presentations and public comment, the Board may allow members of the public or Parties to <br />submit questions to it, which at the Board's discretion may be directed to Staff or to another <br />Party for response, The Board may stop any oral presentation if the person speaking has <br />exceeded the allotted time, or if the presentation is unduly repetitive, duplicative of other <br />presentations, or otherwise inappropriate. Absent good cause shown, no exhibits, maps, <br />demonstrative exhibits, or physical evidence may be presented in the oral presentations unless <br />such material was attached to the Parties' prehearing statements, <br /> <br />Postponement of Hearing: On February 23, 2004 subsequent to the prehearing conference, the <br />Colorado Secretary of State notified counsel for the CWCB staff that it would not publish the <br />CWCB's amended notice of rule making because the scheduled hearing date is less than 20 days <br />from the date of publication. Consequently, the rulemaking hearing shall be postponed and <br />rescheduled to a later date. This prehearing order shall apply to the rescheduled hearing unless <br />circumstances establish the necessity for another prehearing conference.
