The <br />replacement structure, designed by Natural Resources Conservation Service. Greeley Office. <br />consists of a new 4X-Ii. long concrete diversion wall. with X - C'-xl'raised gates, and a 25-ft. long <br />dO\\illstrcam grollted rip rap spill basin.
