We have received comments from the State
of Utah on our reconnaissance report on the
Juniper Project.

I think there was no change from what was
reported to you at your last Board meeting as
far as the Animas-La Plata Project is concerned.
The report was approved by the Secretary on
April 10th and transmitted to the President.

On the Dolores Project the feasibility
report has been sent to all state and federal
agencies under the Flood Control Act.

On the San Miguel project our work is
rapidly drawing to a close. We have, I think,
practically all of the designs and estimates
on that project. There still remains certain
feasibility studies to be made and these are
scheduled for completion late this fall.

On the West Divide Project we have most all
of our designs and estimates, final designs,
under way at the present time. We intend to
complete that report. at least the field draft,
by the middle of this present fiscal year.

On our Dallas Divide Project we have just
received practically all of our designs and
estimates, our final estimates. He have re-
ceived all of the cooperating agencies reports
except one so we are now in a position to com-
plete our field draft on that report.

He are practically on schedule as far as
Battlement Mesa, Bluestone, Grand Mesa and
Yellow Jacket Projects are concerned.

The other item of activities is our small
reclamation project at Orchard City with the
Orchard City Irrigation District. They did
open bids on part of the work on this project
on last Wednesday. The bids were very close to
the Engineer's estimate and on the remaining
work on this project bids are scheduled for
opening next Monday.
