Patterson, <br />; Chief Engineer of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, had submitted, and local <br />, interesta had approved, subject to certain conditions, the !I)-called Patterson <br />\ Plan for the interm administration for the watera of the Arkansas' River stored in <br />; the John ~~rtin Reservoir which is now partially completed. It was further sya~ed <br />; that the Colorado Water Conservation Board, charged with interstate relations, and <br />the State. Engineer, M. C. Hinderlider, should be supported by a resolution of this <br />Board. <br /> <br />It was moved by Miss Vena Pointer and seconded by Judge <br />O'Rourka that the Board make the so-oalled Patterson Plan <br />for the temporary operation for the John l1artiIll Reservoir <br />for the Use of water in ColoradO and to make available water <br />to Kansas part of the reoord of the Board and that suoh plan <br />Be e,pproveif. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The motion was unanimously carried e.nd declared adopted. <br /> <br />Director Stone submitted a copy of a proposed. compact between the State <br />of Colorado and the State of New Mexico affecting Costilla. Creek.
