Our reports are <br />showing that first, initially, the upper site <br />or the Weld County site might be better but <br />after a period of years as the municipal re- <br />turn flows increase in the platte River it <br />wouldn't make any difference which site you <br />built so that after the late 1980's we would <br />then assume that the Narrows site would be the <br />best because it is the cheapest. This is <br />probably what's going to come up and the <br />steering Committee and others will have to <br />make a decision here as to whether we want <br />the cheaper site or whether we want to try to <br />get the most benefits right at first. So as <br />Mr. Gildersleeve has said we will be going <br />into these things and hope at your next meet- <br />ing, about two months from now, we can give you <br />some good detailed reports on this. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Thank you." <br /> <br />MR.
