We <br />hope to get that out this Fall. The recon- <br />naissance investigations on the Parshall <br />Project have been taken along about as far as <br />we plan to do it now and it shows that it <br />would be physically possible to develop a <br />small project there regardless of the outcome <br />of the current litigation that is underway. <br />We plan to issue a status report this Fall in <br />lieu of the reconnaissance report that we <br />originally scheduled and at a later date, <br />when the water rights situation is cleared up, <br />we can go ahead and complete the reconnaissance <br />report. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Bob Jennings also has the reconnaissance <br />investigations underway in the Upper Gunnison <br />to look at all of those units up there that <br />can use Taylor Park Reservoir water that will <br />be available after completion of Blue Mesa <br />through the exchange process. <br /> <br />The Feasibility Investigations, this cor- <br />ner over here in Colorado has most of the <br />feasibility investigation progress reports. <br />The Animas-La Plata Project report has been <br />completed now and approved by the Commissioner. <br />The approval of the Secretary is the next step <br />in sending it out for review - formal review - <br />under the provisions of the '44 Flood Control <br />Act. That one you will see tomorrow; so I <br />won't take time to say much more about it <br />except it is one of our next largest partici- <br />pating projects coming up in Colorado. <br /> <br />Bill Crabtree has completed the first <br />draft of the Dolores project report. It is <br />being reviewed now by the Commissioner, by the <br />Denver office, by the other Federal agencies <br />and state agencies that worked with us.
