In this connection, he expressed <br />the belief that the Bd3.rd smuld adopt a resolution directing that the <br />record s be kept up to date from ye8I' to year and speci fy the places <br />where such records should be kept on file for inspection by other <br />interested perties to the North Platte decree. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Tm Director stated thet Jean S.
