<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Craig, Colorado, <br />this 2lst day of June 1974 that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as flood hazard areas those areas described as being <br />inundated by a 100-year flood as set forth in the Major Drainageway I <br />Planning, Little Dry Creek, Report, Volume 2, drawings 4 through <br />29, Arapahoe County, city of Englewood, Douglas County, city of <br />Cherry Hills Village, City of Greenwood Village, dated February <br />1974; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br />is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Boards of "county, Commissioners of Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, <br />to the City Councils of Englewood, Cherry Hills Village, and <br />Greenwood Village, and to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br />District. <br /> <br />C E R T l F l C ~ T E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Craig, Colorado, on the 21st day of June 1974. <br /> <br />di3#~~ <br /> <br />FELIX L.
