MR. KELLY:

1

MR. STAPLETON:

MR. NJ;:LSON:

item or not but we always like to hear from you.
Hould you care to say something?"

"Thank you, Ben. I've never heard this mat-
ter discussed before. Nobody pays my expenses
any longer. I, for twenty years, was attorney for
the Colorado-Big Thompson Project, Northern Colo-
rado Water Conservancy District users, and I'm
still an assessment payer and allotment payer and
I don't want anything to happen that's going to
reduce the amount of water we get under our allot-
ment.

I'm inclined to agree with Director Sparks'
solution of this problem - that it is a matter
for the court, if Ft. But I am not informed about the
physical features of this Ft. Collins project at
all.

Thank you very much."

"Well, Mr. Kelly, even though you are not
getting paid we always like to hear from you.

Any further comments?"

"Mr. Chairman, I'd just like to make one more
comment. Statements have been made that approval
