Steve will report on <br />the status at the meeting. <br /> <br />In considering potential forms which mitigation of the Board's loss due to <br />inundation could take, I suggested to Steve that obtaining public access to other waters <br />having a cold water fishery environment might be considered. The concept being that <br />our injury is in part losing access to the stream and the alternate access could be a <br />form of mitigation.
