Action: There was a question raised by Harold Miskel regarding Item #5 of the
July 2000 Board Meeting Minutes, The record was amended to reflect
that Eric Kuhn amended the staff recommendation (instead of Eric
Wilkerson), A motion was made by and seconded by Harold
Miskel that the minutes for the board meetings be accepted, The motion
was approved unanimously, (9-0)

3, Directors' Reports - EDO, CWCB, AG, SEO, DOW and WRPDA (Agenda Items 3a-
3g)

Action: Status reports from CWCB, EDO and AG were heard, The Colorado

5, Rio Grande River Basin Director's Report

Action: Lew Entz discussed the Rio Grande River Headwaters Restoration
Project meeting held in his basin, He also pointed out the fact that there
was a handout and the Board members should take the opportunity to
look at that. Dan McAuliffe explained the River Restoration Program in
which CWCB has become involved, This was an information item and no
action was taken,
