We do n&ed such a report. <br />The Oolorado Development Oouno11 set up certain oom- <br />m1ttees. One of them was the Water and Power Oommittee. I <br /> <br />happen to bechalrman ot that committee. That committee dl- <br /> <br />via.ed 1ts work lnto two parte: One, the power report; amd the <br /> <br />other, the water report. The power report has been cOmpleted <br /> <br />and was issued by the Development Councll some months ago. <br />We have been spend1ng as much time aEI was posslble with the. <br />llmlted staff we have to complete this water report. As 1s <br />stated here; we hope that it wi11bs completed 'sometime ln <br />July. It will be quite a complete report and, I believe, one <br />that ls greatly needed by our people. !here are few people <br />who have a comprehensive idea of the entire water })rogram 1n <br />the State ot Colorado with all ot 1ts 1nc1dental teatwoes. <br /> <br />There is hardly a day goes by but what we have a request <br />tor 1ntormation on Colorado water. Well, the ottlce lstull <br /> <br />of various technical reports on the phases of owo water 1'8- <br /> <br /> <br />sowoces. Those reports, many of them, are so technical, would <br /> <br />not be understood by })eople wao are seeking the informatlon. <br /> <br /> <br />They have a r1ght to come to this Board to get informat1on, <br />
