<br /> <br />Direotor Stone reported ooncerning the status of the !$gislation <br />known as the Boulder Canyon Project Adjustment Aot then pending in <br />Congress. <br /> <br />The minutes of September 28 and November 3. 1939. were read. <br />Upon motion by Mr. Dille and seconded by Attorney General Rogers, <br />the minutes were duly approved. <br /> <br />Paul Harley. Teohnioian of Region 7 of the National Resouroes <br />Planning Board. appeared before the Board and IDAde a statement <br />oonoerning the oreation of Region 7 consistint of Colorado. Wyoming. <br />New Mexico and pe.rts of adjoining states. <br /> <br />GCl'Ternor Carr appeared and discussion ensued concerning the <br />case of Nebraska VB. Wyoming and Colorado involving the North Platte <br />River. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Mr. Foster. seoonaed by Messrs. Rogers and <br />Dille and Miss Pointer that $150.00 be allowed to apply on the expenses <br />of Judge John B. O(Rourke in going to Washington to assist Direotor <br />Stone on legislation involving irrigation projects in the State of <br />Colorado.
