<br />program, discussed the subject of underground waters and pum)ing from these
<br />sources. He ;,ointed out that in the South Platte V&lley there e.re about 1300
<br />wells o)erating wit;, an annue.l with-drawal'of possibly 200,000 "cre feet. He
<br />then suggested as to whether or not this draft by pum}ing in the South Platte
<br />Valley was causing 8 cieficiency in the return flow. He stateci that no aoubt
<br />return flow would be lessened by such pU!llDing operation but thEt consideretion
<br />DUct be iiven to the fact that the water supply over a period of years haS been
