The summer flow recommendation was <br />further reduced to 1. 5 cfs for the time period of July 15 through October 31 based on limited <br />water availability. Table 3 also shows that the winter flow recommendation of 1.0 cfs is <br />available at least 50% of the time from November 1 through March 31. Tables 4-5 show that the <br />lower reach summer flow recommendation of 2.0 cfs is available at least 50% of the time from <br />April 1 through October 31 and that the winter flow recommendation of 1.4 cfs is available at <br />least 50% ofthe time from November 1 through March 31. <br /> <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed local precipitation data sets from 2 different sites located around the Thirtyone <br />Mile Creek Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). These sites include Salida and <br />GuftY lOSE. Table 3 shows the water year and the percent of average precipitation recorded at <br />each site. <br /> <br />- 7 - <br />
