I am leaving, I thought we ,ought to formalize what we have actually

We get these requests almost weekly for feasibility studies of various
projects. In order to move on them expeditiously, we should move right

MR. KROEGER: You are suggesting that we get legal now that you are

the resolution.

MR;-SPARKS: :As far as the feasibility studies .are, cOI).cerned. As you
know, we have the. annual project meeting at.which the board has to
approve the results of these studies.,' " 'r

MR. VANDEMOER: This is for the staff to go ahead. This board doesn't
have to know about that.

MR. GORMLEY: There would be a.limit to the budget they have available
for feasibility studies.

MR. SPARKS: The "resolved" clause of the resolution states that the
board authorizes the board's staff to, conduct studies, on a continuing
