Moffit County is located in the Yampa (85%) and White (15%) River Basins and is affected by the Colorado and
Upper Colorado River Compacts, The county is covered by the Colorado River Decision Support System (CRDSS)
the Recovery Implementation Program for Endangered Fish Species in the Upper Colorado River Basin and the
Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Program,
