Lincoln County is located in the Republican (NE5%) and Arkansas River Basins (95%) and is affected by the
Republican River and Arkansas River Compacts, It includes parts of the Northern Highplains Designated
Groundwater Basin, The county will be affected by the outcome of the Kansas vs Colorado Compact litigation.

In this county two loans were granted from the CWCB Construction Fund which have been completed in the amount
of $840,000.

Logan County is located in the South Platte River Basin and is affected by the South Platte River Compact. The
county is covered by the Recovery Implementation Program for Endangered Species in the Platte River Basin and
parts of the county are included in the Northern Highplains designated Groundwater Basins. The Tamarack Project
that is critical to the Platte River Recovery Program is located on the Tamarack Ranch State Wildlife Area here,

In this county there are five loans from the CWCB Construction Fund, 1bree have been completed in the amount of
$161,349 and two are under construction for $829,052,
