Steve Sims <br />presented to the Board the issues that have come up. <br />A motion was made by David Harrison that we not get into the case <br />but we do file an amicus brief for the very limited purpose of asking <br />the Supreme Court to avoid unnecessary rulings on interstate and <br />federal law. The motion was seconded by Tommy Thomson and the <br />motion passed unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />Tyler Martineau recused himself.
