I'd like to note here that we have
received a letter from Mrs. Royce J. Tipton
which states:

'I have received with much appreciation
a copy of the Resolution adopted by the
members of the ColoradO Water Conservation
Board at its meeting on September 5, 1968,
in recognition of the services of my late
husband, Royce J. Tipton.

Please convey to the members of the

their action in adopting this Resolution
and including it in the official records of
the Board.
