MR. MOULDER:

MR. STAPLETON:

MR. SPARKS:

MR. MOULDER:

MR. SPARKS:

from members of the Board? From anyone in
the audience?

Thank you very much."

"Thank you."

I

"I think Larry would like to add some-
thing on this report."

"In this report that Ted has just given
is a list of some of the recent reports
issued. I would just like to observe that
there has been a tremendous demand for these
reports that are being prepared in coopera-
tion with the United States Geological survey
and this Board concerning ground water. These
reports are used extensively by well drillers,
farmers and municipalities. We are hard
pressed to keep a supply of these publica-
tions on hand. We do make a nominal charge
for them to cover the cost of handling. Ted,
we may have to get some of these reports
reprinted. I hope your office will start
thinking about that because we are out of
some publications."

"We have one in the process of being
reprinted right now, Mr. Sparks."

"It seems as though there is someone in
the office almost every day wanting to know
something about the ground water resources
of the state. There has been a tremendous
interest in recent years concerning ground
water resources both on the part of various
promoters and by substantial industrial and
agricultural interests as well.

I might just observe something about tne
two previous reports of Region 7 and Region
4 that I think everyone should be aware of.
If you read between lines on those reports
you will notice that there has been a slow-
down in the construction work in this state

I
