MOULDER: <br /> <br />"Mr. Chairman, members of the Board, <br />ladies and gentlemen, the last report that <br />we gave to the Board was diverted entirely <br />to a progress report of the San Luis Valley <br />Project. Consequently, this report will <br />cover new developments in our program since <br />about last June. <br /> <br />I'll report on about three different <br />aspects. One is the projects that we have <br />recently initiated, another is projects that <br />are in the proposal stage for the time being, <br />and lastly, the reports that we have put out <br />since the first part of June of 1968. <br /> <br />Recently We signed an agreement with <br />the State Department of Highways to initiate <br />a study of magnitudes and frequencies of <br />
