The project <br />required that Mr. Bbuvetle provide guidance and facilitation of a multi- <br />organizational client group (consisting of the City of Reno, Airport Authority of Washoe <br />County (AAWC), Lear Family Trust and theUSACE) in negotiating with the Nevada Division <br />of Environmental Protection, Sierra Pacific Power Company (the local water purveyor), and the <br />State Attorney General's Office. Over the eight years of this project, Mr. Bouvette helped shape <br />the State's regulatory policies and statutory authorities, through the focused and deliberate <br />facilitation of the involved entities and project stakeholders. Mr. Bouvette was also responsible <br />for the development and implementation of a community relations plan for the client group, <br />which entailed the coordination of public education and information dissemination activities to <br />inform and engage the local community.
