". . . Mr. Peterson reported that at a meeting of
interested people in Delta and Montrose Counties
the following projects on Gunnison river were chosen
as those for which further study would be requested:
1. the Fruitland Mesa unit; 2. the Bostwick Park
unit; 3. the Grand Mesa unit; and 4. the Dallas
Creek unit. It was thereu~n moved E! Mr~ Peterson,

". . . Mr. Peterson expressed the fear that the
Bureau of Reclamation might not give sufficient
attention to all favorable features of the Curecanti
unit of the Colorado River Storage Project, in its
further studies of that unit and moved that this
District request the Bureau to live fUl~i~to
every condition maErng for the easiEIIIty ~ the
Curecanti unit in its further studies of that reature.

". . . The Secretary was asked to ascertain if the
investigation of the Cisco-Thompson project, in
connection with the De Beque reservoir, was being
made with Colorado investigation funds; by the Bureau

Dist., do hereby certify that the abve and foregoing
is a true, full and correct account of the action
taken by a Committee of the Board of Directors of
this District, on 17 June 1954, at Glenwood Springs,
Colorado, with respect to their choice of projects
or units of the Cliffs-Divide and Gunnison river
reports of the Bureau of Reclamation, which in their
opinion deserve further study.
