Reservoir by the United states Bureau of Recla-
mation, on condition that the amount supplied
by the Governor's office and the Board be
matched by the City and County of Denver, the
cities in the Denver Metropolitan Area, the
Northern Colorado l';ater Conservancy District,
the irrigation companies and the irrigation dis-
tricts in the areas affected."

"Is there a second to that motion?"

"I'll second the motion."

"All right. Is there any discussion on
it?"

"I'd like to ask a question of Dave. Did
you, in your proposal, indicate that you would
request all of the funds that the Board might
have in their contingency for this purpose?"

"I don't think so. I think this should be
done by the staff of the Board. In other words,
I think the Board should check to see what
funds they have available. I assume the Gover-
nor would do likewise. I think it would be
unwise to commit all the funds that we migh11
have uncommitted for this purpose."

"Now as I understand your motion, what you
are saying is that you want the staff to work
with the Governor in coming up with some funds
from both sources to be matched by interested
parties to get the Two Forks Reservoir investi-
gations started."

"That's right. with the objective of rais-
ing the funds, or the amount, which was indi-
cated this morning as being necessary, $25,000."

"Any further discussion?"

"v1hat will we do about the other project?
Shouldn't it be included in this same motion?"

"I'd have no objection. I think Mr. Peter-
son felt, in informal discussion with him, that
