I

Moving on to the Basalt Project and the
funds that were mentioned here earlier, $30,000
to conduct that investigation, we are making our
plans now to proceed with that work. We have
not intended to start any work until we received
word from Jim Knights' Region that the investi-
gation of the damsite at Ruedi was at a sufficient
stage that we could say definitely we are going
ahead at that particular site. ~le particular
site of Ruedi is important in our surveys and
studies for the Basalt Project.

Now, under Feasibility Investigations, as
far as the Animas-La Plata Project is concerned,
I think we previously reported that that report
was in the Washington office. We anticipate additional
hearings will be held in Washington at some
future time. Incidentally, we were sorry that the
plane taking off from Montrose had so much diffi-
cul ty .

The feasibility investigations on San Miguel
Project are progressing essentially on schedule.
This report is scheduled for completion F. Y. 65.

The feasibility investigations on West Di-
vide Project, as I reported at the last meeting,
are slightly behind schedule but we hope that we
