"Well, we've heard Mr. Peterson's view and
I guess I've sort of expressed mine inadvertently,
are there any other comments from members of the
Board?"

"I join with Mr. Peterson since it comes two
months too late:"

"Mr. Chairman, the thing that bothers me
about this, we would be very happy to have you
come to Craig and have the meeting but to get
enough cars to go down from Craig to Vernal,
that's 125 or 130 miles, you'd have to have those
men with the cars stay all night and then take
you on the tour the next day and then come back
to Craig, and I just don't know whether I can get
that many to donate. Now if you could, as Ray
here said, if you could come to Craig and have
the meeting, leave the plane there and stay all
night in Craig, it isn't a great deal further to
go from Craig to Flaming Gorge than it would be
to go around by Vernal. It wouldn't be as far

"May I make a remark here? I checked this
out and this is Pete's area of saving dimes;
first, the minimum difference between going to
Craig and Vernal would be $85.00. That would
be if we traveled by car from Craig to Vernal.
If vie held the plane in Craig and took the
plane to Vernal it would be $125.00 so there
is $40.00 difference between taking the plane
from Craig to Vernal and taking cars from Craig
to Vernal. So if cars are a problem, which is
why I looked into this, Ted, it only means
$40.00 difference."

"You mean to hire cars?"

"No, we could keep the plane in Craig and
then after the meeting fly to Vernal by plane.
