I <br />think there was a resolution passed, however, <br />directing the Water Conservation Board and the <br />Game and Fish Department to study the possibility <br />of proposing legislation for fish flows. That <br />resolution did pass the House and it is encumbent <br />upon the Water Board to commence that study." <br /> <br />"Is this included in the Special Investiga- <br />tive Studies budget?" <br /> <br />"They didn't give us. any money for it." <br /> <br />"They didn't allow any money on that reso- <br />lution?" <br /> <br />"Actually this type of study would be con- <br />ducted as part of our regular staff operations." <br /> <br />"Our member, Mr. Miller, came in after this <br />discussion started. He might wish to say some- <br />thing on the Two Forks." <br /> <br />"Mr. Miller, to bring you up to date, the <br />budget has been cut and the staff is now recom- <br />mending, and we are considering, cutting out the <br />new starts on the Upper South Platte, the Two <br />Forks investigations, and on the Upper Gunnison. <br />Knowing you have some interest in this you may <br />want to comment." <br /> <br />"First of all, Mr. Chairman, I apologize <br />for being late here.
