<br />We reviewed with our Board the candidate in.~tream flow reach on Elkhead Creek,
<br />inundation by our proposed California Park Reservoir, and the approach we suggested to
<br />address our concems, which was contained ill our JallUary 5 letter to you. They felt it
<br />would be better if the downstream terminus of the instream flow rcach ended at the
<br />proposed reservoir so that there would be no inundation of the instream flow reach.
<br />
<br />Would you kindly provide this letter to your Board prior to this agenda item next week?
