<br />> , <br /> <br />Meanwhile, the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District <br />has taken the initiative in preparing and proposing a space . <br />allocation plan for the Bear Creek Reservoir (attached). Since <br />this too was just received, the staff has not yet had an <br />opportunity to prepare an analysis of it.
