intentions of Bar 70 to divert water for use outside the State
were referred to the Attorney General and the State Engineer
for such action as deemed appropriate pursuant to Section
37-81-102. Colorado Revised Statutes.

(2) Mr. Robbins moved, seconded by Mr. Vandemoer. that.
with respect to the subject wa~er rights applications and the
apparent intent of Bar 70. if ~he Board's authority could, in
the Attorney General's opinion, be appropriately exercised to
ensure that the laws of the state are not violated by Bar 70
and associated entities. the A~torney General should act in the
Board's behalf prior to the ne~t Board meeting if necessary.
Said motion passed unanimously.
