Review of Attorney General's Appropriation Request for
Federal Water Rights Claims Litigation

You were sent separately by Attorney General J. D.
MacFarlane his request for an appropriation to defend against
federal water claims in Colorado. He recomends that $6,000,000
be appropriated for this purpose.
