I

I

Mr. Dunn: I don't.
buying the property
don't think we will

I don't anticipate any difficulty anywhere.
or whatever, even if we have to condemn it, I
have to do that.

On

Mr. Berthelson: You have to get your repayment contract signed and
you have to make some kind of peace on the game.

Mr. Dunn: We don't even anticipate any trouble with the game.

Mr. Berthelson: You don't?

Mr. Dunn: I really don't.

Mr. Berthelson: I hope you don't have, but we have had a different
experience with the Yellow Jacket.

Mr. Dunn: I don't think we have this problem, I really don't. We
heard the game warden on the radio and he says, "Our browse is just
fine." He doesn't happen to think that is one private land. Still,
it is his browse.

Mr. Berthelson: Well, in our experiences the game wardens don't run
the game and fish department.

Mr. Dunn: That's true.

Mr. Moses: I think it is kind of a chicken in the egg proposition
that you can't expect the Congress to appropriate money until you do
have the repayment contracts made.

Mr. Dunn: Well, I will thank you for that. I didn't realize the
importance was that great.

Mr. S~arks: That is very definitely so. Even if you had the $250,000
released for construction today, it could not be expended until you
sign a repayment contract. That is a legal requirement before the
government will release any construction funds. That has to come
first before any construction funds can be released.

Mr. Kroeqet': Both of those fellows are lawyers and you will probably
get a bill tomorrow.

Mr. Stapleton: I just had high hopes one of the two would invite us
up for some goose shooting:

-68-
