Mr. Smee: I won't guarantee that, but I will guarantee this. As
long as I have the present job that I have, it will be the slowest
push you have ever seen, because I think we have to put our house in
order over here first.

Mr. Kroeqer: Does this pretty much solve the problems of the extreme
water shortages on the South Platte?

Mr. Pascoe: It will be such a tremendous regulatory facility that we
think it is going to solve most of the problems that we have right
now, both below and to a large part above the damsite, particularly
as a guide to the wells and how they are used. We. really don't even
know right now the full impact of it. Having a body of water that
size down there could do things that we don't even imagine.

ratio the Narrows would have under the 5 1/2% guideline.

Mr. Pascoe: As far as I know, it hasn't been computed under 5 1/2%.
I have never seen the figures.

Mr. Goldsmith: In the materials I read this morning, it looked like
every other one had that computed in the system. I was just curious.
