<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1 Frenchman creek in the city of Holyoke and adjacent areas of Phillips <br />2 county, Colorado. The purpose of the study is to define specific <br />3 mitigation measures to lessen flood severity and reduce future flood <br />4 damages along certain developed reaches of Frenchman creek. The scope <br />5 of work for the project will be developed by the board in consultation with <br />6 the city of Holyoke and Phillips county utilizing recently developed <br />7 topographic mapping of the creek. <br />8 (2) In addition to any other appropriatioq, there is hereby <br />9 appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water conservation board <br />10 construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water <br />11 conservation board for allocation to the city of Holyoke, the sum of <br />12 twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), or so much thereof as may be <br />13 necessary, for costs associated with the completion of the Frenchman <br />14 creek flood mitigation feasibility study. <br />15 (3) The moneys appropriated in subsection (2) of this section shall <br />16 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is <br />17 completed. <br />18 SECTION 18. Restoration of emergency infrastructure repair <br />19 loan account balance. A total of one million six hundred thousand <br />20 dollars ($1,600,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, shall be <br />21 transferred by the state treasurer on or before June 30, 2001, from the <br />22 unreserved cash in the Colorado water conservation board construction <br />23 fund to the emergency infrastructure repair loan account in order to bring <br />24 the balance in the emergency infrastructure repair account back to two <br />25 million dollars ($2,000,000). <br />26 SECTION 19.
