Cross and seconded by W.M.Williams <br />that the Board reco~mend to the Attorney General that he vdthhold <br />any action on the Granby Reservoir leakage until such time as <br />the factual situation had further aeveloped; that at succeeding <br />meetings of the Board, reports be made on the situation; and also <br />that the Bureau of, Reclamation and the State Engineer I s Office <br />should continue to coopera.te in their studies and" investigations <br />of the leakage from Granby Reservoir, <br /> <br />The motion was carried unanimously, and declared adopted. <br /> <br />Item 5 on the agenda "Report of Region 4, Bureau of Reclamation on <br />Investigations in Western Colorado" was made by C, B. Jacobson, Engineer <br />of Region 4, Bureau of Reclamation. Mr. Jacobson distributed copies of a <br />report on the matter by E, 0,' Larson, Regional Director. to members of the <br />Board. He read this report and made a supplementary statement, and <br />answered many questions in relation to the report.
