Our concerns are the same. We own 1/7 ofPisgah
Reservoir and Ditch Company. Canon Heights Irrigation and Reservoir Company
has approximately 245 shareholders, and we own several water rights on Four Mile
Creek.

In addition, we are concerned in the fuhrre if the Company wishes to sell
water upstream, your placing a minimum stream flow on Four Mile would greatly
diminish the value of our water rights.

Please enter this objection to your proposed minimlun stream flow from
Canon Heights Irrigation and Reservoir Company.

Sincerely,
-V'~~

George Anderson
President

,
