In addition, at the November 21, 200 I Board Meeting, the Board adopted the "Easement Guidelines for the
Chatfield Downstream Channel Improvement Project" dated November 2001. Roxborough is seeking comments from all the interested parties,

Discussion
Roxborough is proposing to implement a major wastewater treatment plant project, which includes new pipeline
construction along the South Platte River floodplain, A portion of the proposed pipeline alignment includes lands
within the CWCB Chatfield Downstream Channel Improvement Project area (CWCB Right-of-Way), The
proposed pipeline will connect to an existing City of Littleton wastewater pipeline at the intersection Santa Fe Drive
and Belleview Avenue, crossing the South Platte Improvement Channel, and extending upstream the entire length of
the CWCB Right-of-Way (ROW) in the left (West) overbank area. The pipeline would ultimately connect to the
existing Roxborough Treatment Plant The overall length of the project within the CWCB ROW is just over two
miles (presently estimated at 11,000 feet), The government entities involved in the approval process are:

.
