For one thing, I live on the creek and <br />would hate to see it dry up, as it surely would do in "dry" years. By losing the creek if it <br />should be low or non-existent in any given year (or month) is to say good-bye to a great deal <br />of WETLANDS and the vegetation and wildlife they support. ALSO, the consequences of <br />the diversion will be the opening up of these dried out wetlands to building development, <br />which up until now has been denied to developers for precisely the reason of it being a <br />wetland designated area. <br /> <br />I also have a big problem with the way this was all brought about by Breckenridge. Placing <br />a sign in a place where nobody will see it, telling about an important upcoming meeting (in <br />fact, the only meeting where any input will be heard), is, unprofessional. <br /> <br />Thanks for your time in reading this letter. <br /> <br />Lynn Christian <br />P.O.
