Morning Session
Friday, August 8, 1952

The meeting was called to order at 10:15 a.m. by George J. Bailey,
Vice-Chairman. The agenda for the meeting is included in the minutes

1. Formal notification from Governor of appointment of J. M. Dille I
and Ed L. Dutcher to replace John A. Cross and Judge Dan H.
Hughes, respectively, as members of the Board.

9. Report on passing of recent legislation by Congress affecting
Colorado water program.
