<br />The project includes the replacement of 11 miles of open ditch with a 14-16 inch pipeline
<br />from Lonetree Reservoir to the Town of Johnstown's water treatment plant including a booster
<br />station at the reservoir and connection facilities at the treatment plant. PRC Environmental
<br />Management, Inc, of Denver designed the project, The construction contract was awarded to Hall-
<br />Irwin Construction Co, of Greeley and B,T, Construction, Inc, of Broomfield August 6, 1996,
<br />Construction commenced in early October 1996 and was completed in June 1997, Project
<br />docnmentation and fina1 accounting is currently underway with substantial completion scheduled in
<br />November 1998,

<br />Conservation Service prepared project design, Project construction commenced September 8, 1997
<br />by K C Equipment and Consulting of Delta, Colorado, Phase I of the project was completed in
<br />December 1997, The fina1 Phase II project commenced November 2, 1998 and is scheduled for
<br />completion in December 1998,
