<br />While the Board concurs that the marketability of a 221,200 <br /> <br />acre-foot supply of water from Dominquez Reservoir is an impor- <br /> <br />tant issue, it does not feel that this matter needs to be <br /> <br />resolved in advance of the completion of a feasibility study. <br /> <br />Likewise, an informed judgment on the use of Colorado's remaining <br /> <br /> <br />compact entitlements for the benefit of this or other projects <br /> <br /> <br />must be preceded by a properly done feasibility analysis. <br /> <br />Again, the Board expresses to you its continuing interest in <br /> <br /> <br />this project.
