<br />areas inundated by a 100-year flood (intermediate regional flood) <br />with inclusion of the maximum backwater storage areas as <br />indicated on plates 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, and 23 as <br />described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br />said report, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 1 st day of April, 1982, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being <br />inundated by a 100-year flood with inclusion of the maximum <br />backwater storage areas as indicated on plates 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, <br />17, 19, 21, 22, and 23 as described by the floodwater surface <br />elevations and profiles in said report, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Douglas County, the Urban Drainage and <br />Flood Control District, and the Federal Insurance Administration. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 1st day of April, 1982, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />J.
