<br />30-28-11, and 24-65.1-403(3)(6), CRS 1973, as <br />amended. <br /> <br />2.3.2.3 Appeals for changes to or rejection of the <br />official floodplain maps and base flood <br />elevations, based on questions of the technical <br />accuracy of the maps and/or elevations may be made <br />by anyone prior to, or following, the adoption of <br />the official maps and reports.
