Reclamation will <br /> <br />cooperate with the Board to protect the water released from the outlet works of the dam from <br /> <br />which the water is being released through, and to the downstream terminus 0:( the I S-mile reach. <br /> <br />b. The terms and conditions of this MOA shall be enforceable by any party to this agreement in a <br />court of competent jurisdiction; Provided however, that before commencing an action for <br />enforcement of this contract, the party alleging violation shall notify the other parties in writing of <br />the alleged violation, and the parties shall make a good faith effort to resolve their differences <br />through informal discussions. <br /> <br />10. REPORTS <br /> <br />The Service shall provide a copy of the report prepared pursuant to Article 4 to the Ruedi Water <br /> <br /> <br />and Power Authority not later than March I, 1999, Reclamation shall also provide & repon to the <br /> <br />Board, the Service, and Ruedi Water and Power Authority not later than March I, 1999~ <br /> <br /> <br />descn'bing the operation ofRuedi Reservoir including release rates, storage contents, the impacts <br /> <br /> <br />on recreational use and facilities;' and hydropower production during the period of the releases. <br /> <br />13 <br />
