The water shall be subject to <br /> <br />such transit losses as may be imposed by the State Engineer or the Division Engineer for Water <br /> <br />Division S. <br /> <br />f The Service or the Board will not be responsible for the storage of water in, br the operation <br />and maintenance of; Ruedi Reservoir. <br /> <br />4.
