The Board is responsible for eal1ing upon the State Engineer for the carnage, use, handling, or <br /> <br />distribution of the water beyond the outlet works of Ruedi Reservoir or of an alternate reservoir <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to Article 7.a. hereof to the terminus of the IS-mile reach. The water shall be subject to <br /> <br />such transit losses as may be imposed by the State Engineer or the Division Engineer for Water <br /> <br />Division S. <br /> <br />f The Service or the Board will not be responsible for the storage of water in, br the operation <br />and maintenance of; Ruedi Reservoir. <br /> <br />4. WATER SERVICE CHARGES <br /> <br />As consideration for the 21,650 acre.feet ofwatC! released from Ruedi Reservoir pursuant to this <br />MOA, the Service Will provide a report to Reclamation and the Board not later than March 1, <br />1999, documenting data collected in accordance with Article 6.a. herein and analyzing the effects <br />of the releases of water pursuant to this agreement on the habitat offishes in the IS-mile reach. <br /> <br />9 <br />
