Reclamation hereby leases to the Service. and the Service hereby subleases to the Board, a <br /> <br /> <br />maximum of21,6SO acre-feet of water from the regulatory capacity ofRuedi Reservoir, as <br /> <br /> <br />defined in Article 8. hereof, subject to the terms and conditions oftbis MOA. ~ater shall be <br /> <br /> <br />released from Ruedi Reservoir for use by the Service and the Board in and through the IS-mile <br /> <br /> <br />reach as descn"bed in Article 6.a. herein. <br /> <br />b. Reclamation shall deliver the water under this MOA into the Fryingpan River at the outlet <br /> <br /> <br />works ofRuedi Reservoir. All delivery of water will be limited by the capacity of the outlet <br /> <br /> <br />works. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />c. All water releases will be measured at the outlet works by the Contracting Qfficer with <br /> <br /> <br />equipment furnished, operated, and maintained by Reclamation. The Service shall install, <br /> <br /> <br />operate; maintain, and replace any waterl10w measuring and recording devices necessary to <br /> <br /> <br />accept delivery and protect the water in the 1 S-mile reach. <br /> <br />d. The amount, timing, and rate of the releases from-Ruedi Reservoir shall be determined by the <br /> <br /> <br />Contracting Officer in consultation with the Service. Reclamation will provide advance <br /> <br /> <br />notification to the Board and the Division Engineer for Water Division 5 of the date, time, and <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />. <br />
