I think
the nature of the statesmanship of this man
is very well exemplified today when he
indicates that his thinking is not totally
accepted by the Advisory group and yet he
wants to go along with us. His thoughts,
his changes and his efforts in behalf of this
particular section are appreciated by the
Board. I want to commend him and thank him
for all the many, many years that he has
served Colorado, the members of this Board,
the people in this room, so faithfully.

Ben, I would now like to make your
motion as you have stated it."

"Mr. Chairman, could I ask you a ques-
tion?"

UYes, sir.1I

1

"Fred put you on
stated it'.
