It is actually the key part of this legis-
lation as far as the Upper Basin states are
concerned.

A little later in the discussion I have
a chart here that I would like to use to
demonstrate why this title is so important
to us. At this point that is the only ex-
planation I have, Mr. Chairman. I think
there probably is a report from the Advisory
Committee. The full Colorado River Advisory
Committee met on this subject yesterday and
I believe it has a report."

Advisory Committee so Mr. Macdonald, who is
new on the Board, and others of us can
refresh our recollection?"

position, the members are primarily people
throughout the state that expressed an inter-
est in serving on this committee and particu-
larly an interest in the Colorado River. Most
of the conservancy districts are represented:
we have engineers, lawyers, and other people
who have expressed an interest in serving."
