First <br />of all, we have to be kept advised of any <br />problems which develop locally. That is, <br />if there is any difficulty with our own <br />state organizations, whether it is the High- <br />way Department, Game and Fish, or whatever <br />it may be, that in any way might delay the <br />time schedule, our staff has to keep right <br />up with that so that we can try to eliminate <br />
